The service
Tarotster provides tarot readings generated with the help of artificial intelligence. Readings are offered for reflection and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and you are responsible for the decisions you make.
Accounts
You may use free single-card readings without an account. Other features require you to sign in with an email link or Google. Keep access to your email account secure — anyone who can open your sign-in emails can access your Tarotster account.
Credits and subscriptions
- Readings, deeper insights and follow-up questions use credits. Current prices are shown on the pricing page.
- Credits from credit packs do not expire. Credits included with a Pro subscription are valid for the billing period in which they are granted.
- If a reading fails to complete, the credits used for it are refunded automatically.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
- Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, under its own terms. Refund requests are handled in line with Creem's refund policy and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, to access other people's readings or accounts, to bypass free-reading limits, or to use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
AI-generated content
Interpretations are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. Tarot card meanings and site content belong to Tarotster or are used with permission. You may share your own readings for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Tarotster is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will let you know on the site. Continuing to use Tarotster after an update means you accept the new terms.
